RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We want you to enjoy your daily Lymphoria ritual. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at suportelymphoria@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number, and we will refund the price you paid for the product. We may ask you to return any remaining product before the refund is issued.

Your statutory rights (UK)
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. For health protection and hygiene reasons, food supplements that have been unsealed after delivery are excluded from this statutory cancellation right. This does not affect our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee or any other rights you have by law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email suportelymphoria@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and send a replacement or refund.

Return shipping
If we ask you to return a product, we will send you return instructions. For items that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping is at our cost. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping on orders is free, so no outbound shipping charge is deducted from refunds.

Refunds
Once your request is approved (and, where requested, the product is received), we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before processing begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and the return process above applies.
